Air Brake (Z) Endorsement Program

To operate a vehicle with an air brake or air-over-hydraulic brake system in Ontario, a Z endorsement on your driver’s license is mandatory. This can be obtained by attending an air brake endorsement course or by undergoing tests at a DriveTest centre. Post-Course Completion: After successful course completion, you’ll be provided a referral envelope. It’s crucial to present this at a DriveTest centre within six months to acquire your air brake endorsement.
